Clamp in Double Glazed Boat Windows without a Polyamide™ thermal break can be supplied either mitred all round, radiused all round or with mitred top corners and radius bottom corners. This style of frame is fitted using small clamps which are inserted into a channel on the inside of the frame and clamped into position with the supplied grub screws. As the clamps are relied on to pull the frame tight against the cabin side space must be left available around the inner face of the aperture for the clamps to locate against the cabin side. Clamp in frames off er a clean exterior fi nish without any screws showing, very pleasing aesthetically. Prices shown are for windows and portholes with clear glass. Obscure glass can be supplied at extra cost. Frames can be supplied in an Anodised fi nish, Bright Gold or Silver, Satin Gold or Silver, or Powder Coated to any Colour on the RAL chart.
Frame styles: Standard Hopper, Fully Opening, Arch Top Hopper, or Arch Top Fully Opening. Radius Corners are 75mm Double Glazed units consist of two pieces of 4mm toughened glass to BS6206A with a 6mm gap using a Super Spacer™ seal for the top hopper glass. Two pieces of 4mm toughened glass to BS6206A with a 12mm gap using Super Spacer™ seal for the bottom fi xed glass. Please note that sliding windows are not available with double glazed units.
